We all know the advantages of getting into shape. We know that getting into shape will make us feel better, look better, and be happier. It will allow us to keep up with our busy lives, our jobs, and maybe our kids and/or grandkids. We also know that getting into shape and taking care of our bodies will make us less likely to develop heart disease, diabetes, many types of cancers, high blood pressure, and a myriad of other problems. It’s amazing the difference a couple of days can make. It was just yesterday that I was posting how stressed I was and the toll it was taking on me. And even though I still have some of the physical things going on, I feel so much better already!
So I sit here with a MILLION things I should be doing. And yes, they are all on my to-do list. But I’m tired. And stressed. And my body is falling apart. And I JUST DON’T WANNA!
